Join us for a unique meditation experience. For me sound and vibration carry a lot of power. Music can lift us up and bring joy to our lives. Music can also be a great way to calm the mind down. Kirtan is a the name of our chanting, or singing, practice in the yogic tradition. In this class we will have a brief discussion about Kirtan and meditation. Then I will guide you through an hour long meditation, including chanting and some quiet meditation time. This workshop is accessible to everyone. No yoga experience necessary. There is no asana (physical practice) involved. Feel free to contact me with any questions !
