About the workshop:

Join us for a fun and free-spirited social gathering of our yoga kula (community) at River Lotus Yoga!

Yoga Freestyle Session from 2-3pm:

We’ll do a creative and fun the yoga practice, incorporating some things the you, the student, wants to work on. We will have an opportunity to learn about our poses, stopping for questions and answers along the way. Let your hair down and have some fun with the practice! Accessible to all.

Kula Love from 3-4 pm:

We’ll follow our yoga session with some socializing time with tea, or any other drinks or snacks you’d like to share. Feel free to attend one or both activities



Outdoor Yoga at the Royal Gorge Mansion

About the Classes:

Our regular Breathe and Flow class will be replaced with outdoor yoga! We are blessed to practice on the lawn at the Royal Gorge Mansion (previously the Robison Mansion). Located at 12 Riverside Drive. This historic building creates a beautiful back drop for our class. Practicing outside is very grounding and pleasant. We recommend you bring water, layers and a blanket, as well as your mat. It can be chilly when we start. Park in the lot in the back and come through the gate. See you there!



Autumn time Relax and Restore

About the workshop:

Give your body, mind, and soul the gift of Restorative Yoga! Join River Lotus Yoga Instructors Sherry Skye Stuart and Katrina Mann for a soothing afternoon workshop to relax your body, calm your mind, and rejuvenate your soul. This two and a half hour workshop explores a variety of deeply restful poses fully supported with blankets and bolsters to relax the nervous system and promote emotional and physical self healing. The restorative practice will be followed by a yoga nidra meditation, a form of deep rest practiced in shavasana. No yoga experience necessary – all bodies welcome!

About the workshop:

Come explore some new alignment, learn a bit of anatomy, and have a whole lot of fun as we explore one of yoga’s most beloved postures. In this workshop will challenge old habits, and consider new intentions!

About the Teacher:

Samantha Hart 500RYT is an ongoing lover of yoga and brings years of study and her passion for alignment and anatomy into this workshop.  She was one of the 1st teachers Robin and Justin experienced at Pranava Yoga center years ago. She is knowledgable and so much fun to be around….Come play!
