Becki Vettese (RYT 200)

Becki is a retired Registered Nurse now pursuing her passion for helping others in a very different way. She recently completed her yoga teacher training and is also a certified Tai Chi instructor, fitness instructor, and personal trainer.
Becki believes that there is a style of yoga for everybody and that every body is unique. Over many years of practicing yoga, she has found that it improves flexibility, relieves muscle and joint pain, and inspires you to live your life more mindfully with increased love and compassion for yourself and others.
She especially enjoys teaching Gentle Flow, Restorative, Yin, TaiYoga, Chair Yoga, and Yoga for Runners with extra support provided for those who need it to achieve their goals. Keep an eye on the events page for opportunities  to learn with Becki.
